Windsor Pink Open Handled Sandwich Plate. This open-handled sandwich plate is in the Windsor pattern made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1936 to 1946. It measures 10-1/4" across, not including the handles, and 12", including the handles. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratching.
